It takes more than the best technical fabrics to make a garment perform to its optimum.
Equally important is design and garment engineering. Musto’s Waterproof Outer
garments are designed with precision to ensure all principle seams are fully waterproof,
and that all openings can be effectively sealed.
Testing takes place not only in the field with the help of top sportsmen and women and our own staff, but in addition Musto’s Waterproof Outer garments undergo rigorous laboratory testing. Water chamber testing ensures that garments remain fully waterproof in torrential rain for hours on end, whilst seams are pressure tested to a minimum of 3lbs per square inch to eliminate any leakage.
